BSc (Hons) in Analytical and Testing Sciences

Master of Science in Food Analysis and Food Safety Management
| This programme aims to train and disseminate knowledge and know-how to a diverse group of people who carry responsibility for the control of different aspects of food safety in Hong Kong, Mainland China and other countries. |
Master of Science in Analytical Chemistry
| Taught MSc programme in Analytical Chemistry is offered to working professionals. The programme, the ONLY one of its kind in HK and Asia-Pacific region, provides training relevant to the needs of public and industrial laboratories as well as research organizations. |
